Co-Gen Installations
Many buildings looking to become more fuel efficient and reduce their carbon footprint may be candidates for a Co-Generation (aka Co-Gen) project as well. These systems are extremely efficient, and burn gas to produce electricity for the building, as well as provide heat for hot water and comfort heating. In addition, the Co-Gen unit can function as a back-up generator during power failures and in certain instances actually produce enough energy to sell back to the electrical grid.
